Force Majeure

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Terms of Use are governed by English law and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Termination

We may terminate your use of the Site at any time with immediate effect. On termination of the Terms of Use, all rights granted to the you under the Terms of Use will cease immediately.

Miscellaneous

Any failure or delay by us in exercising our rights under any provisions of the Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver of those rights.

The Terms of Use supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties concerning its subject matter, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and can only be varied in writing.

Your statutory rights are not affected at all by these Terms of Use.

If any part of the Terms of Use is proven to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in force.
