I lead our support for funding and financing projects, infrastructure, and real estate in the public sector.
I started my career in audit before moving into major government programmes and now public sector funding and finance. Most of my current work focuses on project finance structuring and performing investment appraisals, including reviewing public authorities' portfolios.
My team helps them achieve the best outcome by performing extensive cashflows and running various sensitivities to understand how different types of structuring impacts their financial ratios. This has helped them unlock additional funding and restructure their portfolio to meet short-term liabilities and understand the viability of future projects.
In the past I've also worked with central government, universities, and private companies.

When I'm not at work I can be found completing a fitness challenge! Having finished triathlons, the Three Peaks, and cycled John o' Groats to Lands End, I'm on the hunt for the next goal.
